Abstract Book
Abstract book (only in Japanese) is available at a price of JPY 2,000 during the Conference.
Participants who don’t need an abstract book, the admission will be 1,000JPY discounted.
The abstracts will be available online on the congress website in April 2017.
Lunch Box
Lunch box is only available to purchase through the online registration.
There is to booth selling lunch box on the day.
Pre-registration
Please read the below instructions to register on-line for the 8th Annual Conference of the Japan Primary Care Association.
Pre-registration
Early registration is available only on-line. Please click Registration at the bottom of the page to proceed to the application form. Every participant is required to register at one time. Those who have completed their registration will receive an confirmation email. This email is necessary for exchanging it for the registration badge. Please print out the email and bring it with you on-site.
Payment
Payment is available only by credit card.
Due date for payment
If the payment hasn’t been confirmed even after the deadline, on-line registration will automatically be cancelled.

Registration badges which are combined with receipts will be distributed on-site. - Notice
No fund for cancellation will be made after the pre-registration is completed.
